[d2n-analysis-talk] BB MWDC db files updated on d2n and in CVS

Matt noted that the DB_DIR files for the BigBite chambers were not
current.  Here's his note:
  I was looking at the d2n DB and noticed that the mwdc files are out
  dated.  So I just copied the StartType and updated it to handle the
  mwdc changes. So in my d2n machine DIR  /home/posik/BB_mwdc_changes
  you will find the updated change_BB file, updated StartType.pl and 3
  db_BB.mwdc.dat files. In our DB eveyrday upto 02-11-2009 is ok. In
  20090211 you will need to add the "db_BB.mwdc.dat.0" and
  "db_BB.mwdc.dat.1" file.  And in all of the days after 20090211 we
  need to place the db_BB.mwdc.dat file.

I updated d2n and CVS with the changes.  Please test and let me know if
there are any errors.
