[d2n-analysis-talk] StartType.pl updated on d2n and CVS

If you had replayed runs in this range, you may wish to replay them
again:
      if($runno>=1362 && $runno<=1397){
      if($runno>=1398 && $runno<=1403){

There were the missing return() calls, and a missing default dolink()
in the StartType.pl script.  It may have been possible to have a
bogus/incorrect db_BB.mwdc.dat left in your working director after
analysing a run in the above range.
