[d2n-analysis-talk] StartType.pl updated on d2n.jlab.org and in CVS

Updated StartType.pl with some fixes from Dave.

It looks like these changes could impact LHRS runs between 20632--20524
(p0=0.6 GeV, positive polarity, E_beam=4.73 GeV/c).
