[d2n-analysis-talk] 3He Glass Cell Characteristics

Hi all,

As I've been gathering the necessary input data for SAMC, I found some
more details on the 3He glass cell.  While Chiranjib's thesis gives us the
name of the material and its radiation length, there was no values
reported for Z and A (which I will need for SAMC).  After some searching I
found some very useful information, allowing me to calculate Z and A. 
I've reproduced the data in a more organized form on the Wiki, as an
addendum to Diana's energy loss page:
