[d2n-analysis-talk] Beam Trip Code

Hi all,

I have written (what I hope is) a complete description of the
functionality of the scripts I've compiled that handle the beam trips on
the LHRS side.

You may find the code and documentation (README) here (on d2n, that is):

If there are any questions, just let me know!

I have also established a CHANGELOG if anyone decides to add to the code
or fix things, etc.
