Hi all,

  There seems to be an error with the current Startype.pl file. During our
coin running between the BB and HRS the start type looks at the DB dir
20090208 for a db_L.cer.dat.1 file to copy and use, but there is no
db_L.dat.1 file present in the DB directory 20090208. As a result, this
causes a linking error and start type fails to link all other data base
files after this error occurs.

Dave, do you know if this db_L.cer.dat.1 file is supposed to be in that DIR?
