[d2n-analysis-talk] Near-final(?) draft of BB Chereknov Tech Note

JLab's tech notes seem to be pretty informal things. More often than
not they're just a couple pages of descriptive text and a couple
figures. The ones I looked had basically have a contact name in the
"author" field and little else. This one kind of exploded into a much
larger document (a lot of material to cover!).
I had been thinking that we would eventually use this as foundation for
a NIM paper or similar publication. Zein-Eddine suggested the European
Journal of Physics may be an even better option. For that, I certainly
want to be sure to get all the acknowlegements, grant numbers, etc.
correct. Perhaps we should just beef up the author list, etc now and
get this closer to a "real" publication, even for the Tech Note version.
Zein-Eddine and Ron: Could you send me the appropriate grant
information blurbs (DOE numbers, etc)? I'd also appreciate suggested
authors from your institutions -- I would hate to miss anyone.
