It is possible to create separate sub-directories on the process of saving
data on Silo.
For example by using:
jput <rootfile> /mss/halla/e06014/analysis/4-pass/<rootfile>
The 4-pass sub-directory will get created and then the rootfile will be
saved on it.
In that case, Diana, Matt and Dave will be able to save their own files on
separate brunch
under the main trunk, if they want.
For Matt: As you asumed, "Stagged" means that your job has been processed.
The job won't appear directly on Silo, it may take few minutes or hours (!)
to show up. That depends on the mass of Jasmine jobs submitted by different
users. You can check the status of your job on Jasmine web-page:
- Pending: 0<http://scicomp.jlab.org/scicomp/jasmine-pending.jsp?user=posik>
- Active: 0<http://scicomp.jlab.org/scicomp/jasmine-active.jsp?user=posik>
- Completed Today:
0<http://scicomp.jlab.org/scicomp/jasmine-complete.jsp?user=posik>
Also by visiting "Jasmine Queries" link you can check the history of the
jobs submitted on specific period of time. I hope this information will be
helpful for you.
Best,
Lamiaa
