These are the db_L.cer.dat.1 files presently in $DB_DIR/
10554b81117b87978b66ba4dfd0cf8c1 ./20090210/db_L.cer.dat.1
10554b81117b87978b66ba4dfd0cf8c1 ./20090211/db_L.cer.dat.1
* 1a8b02b9027dac443a3a496858c5dbb5 ./20090303/db_L.cer.dat.1
10554b81117b87978b66ba4dfd0cf8c1 ./20090304/db_L.cer.dat.1
10554b81117b87978b66ba4dfd0cf8c1 ./20090312/db_L.cer.dat.1
10554b81117b87978b66ba4dfd0cf8c1 ./20090313/db_L.cer.dat.1
Note the '*' file seems to differ from the rest only by a bit of text in
a comment line.
Please confirm that the fix simply to add a copy of this file to
$DB_DIR/20090208/.
