Hi all,

I have made some more adjustments, mainly in the opening section of the
document concerning the way in which twist-3 is introduced into the
discussion.  Some re-wording is also done in the A1 section on the second

PS: If the pdf is not displaying a bar for the g2-bar equations (2--4),
it's probably due to the way LaTeX compiles into *.dvi and *.ps.  This
does not seem to be an issue on Linux machines.  The standard format
requires *.eps figures, so I think that is throwing things off, including
the times-like font.
