Sigh, so I go to put his in my calendar and find that I've been booked
for an IT steering committee meeting at 3:30pm this Thursday...

Let's switch to the 3:30pm time starting the following Thursday, Feb 4.

This week's Jan 26 meeting will be at 2:30pm as usual.
