Hi all,

I have made some more updates to make the language more consistent in the
captions of all plots that have the preliminary watermark on them. 
Additionally, I have updated the cross section plots to have the new
systematic errors I have calculated due to background subtraction.  The
text corresponding to those plots has been updated as well.  Here is the
updated version:
