Hi all,

I have updated the Analysis Tools page on the wiki to now have a section
on useful software:

There is a short description of the InSANE libraries (link is on the above
wiki page) that Whitney Armstrong has put together.  Recently, we have
been working on building POLRAD into the framework -- rewritten entirely
in C++.  It is in the early stages, but good progress is being made.  The
POLRAD source code will be available soon on this site.
