Please let me know how you think it can be improved. The time slot is 30 minutes, including questions.

Who all will be there, by the way? (I know neither Matt nor Gregg will be.) I think it would be nice to have as much of a collaboration meeting as we can assemble, at some point. I won't really be in town before the meeting (I get in very late Tuesday night the 28th), but I have all of Friday afternoon available afterward.
