[d2n-analysis-talk] d2n world data plot

Hi Diana,

  Here is the d2n plot that I have. It has E01-012 combine data (stat +
sys), as well as our current projected d2n stat. error (note that the d2n
value here is set to 0). But like Brad, I do not have the E97-110 data.
