[d2n-analysis-talk] A1n in the Resonance Region Code?

I believe the general procedure is outlined in this PRL (arXive link):
  http://lanl.arxiv.org/abs/1110.2770

I also have an email that points me to the following papers, but I'm not
sure if they have more detail (and can't check them at the moment).

I think this one covers the general integral deconvolution equations and
perhaps covers an F2n from F2d extraction using smooth curves(?)
  Y. Kahn, W. Melnitchouk, S.A. Kulagin, Phys. Rev. C 79, 035205 (2009)

And this one applies it to actual data:
  S.P. Malace, Y. Kahn, W. Melnitchouk, C. Keppel, Phys. Rev. Lett. 104 102001 (2010)
