Thanks, Brad! I'm looking forward to talking with you all at 4pm.

I've attached a newer draft of the paper (sorry that it's so late in the day). I'm not done incorporating everybody's comments, but I have addressed quite a few of them. In particular, the abstract is punched up a bit and the flavor-separation results are updated -- Dave found and fixed a sneaky problem that was inflating our \Delta u/u errors.
