Hi all,

I just wanted to let everyone know that we have updated the f2n table
(table 2) in the d2n arxiv/PRL paper found here:

http://arxiv.org/abs/1404.4003

Through an independent f2n extraction analysis, we were able to find and
fix a bug in our f2n extraction code. The updated values in table 2
reflect that correction. Both analysis are now in agreement with each
other.

These changes were included with our PRL submission, and I am expecting to
hear from PRL this week sometime.
