I thought I would pass along the comments from Referee B in regards to our
initial response.

The manuscript has been revised according to most of my suggestions.

I regret that my request to discuss in some more detail the extraction
of the twist-4 matrix element f_2 has not been followed by the
authors, since the informations given in the response to my comment
are of interest to all readers and not just the referee.

I accept the argument of space limitations and look forward to see the
forthcoming archival paper of the experiment.

I believe that the paper is now suitable to be published in PRL.
