There seems to be an error with the current Startype.pl file. During our<br>
coin running between the BB and HRS the start type looks at the DB dir<br>
20090208 for a db_L.cer.dat.1 file to copy and use, but there is no<br>
db_L.dat.1 file present in the DB directory 20090208. As a result, this<br>
causes a linking error and start type fails to link all other data base<br>
files after this error occurs.<br>
