    Fix for wrong polariity check on bit for Channel Up.  Some macros redefined.
    
    sspLib.c
     - sspStatus: Channel up status from .Status instead of Ctrl
     - sspPortEnable: Wrong polarity check for channel up status
    
    sspLib.h
     - Define GTPSRC in terms of 0-8 bits instead of 0-8 dec
     - Define GTP Fiber Enable bits as numbers (shifted by 24), instead
       of bits starting at bit 24.
