    BUGFIX: trigger pattern data from first gtp block was being copied to all other blocks (GTP and FP).
    
    tsLib.{c,h}
     - tsTriggerTableDefault()
       - Make sure tsTrigPatternData[imem][0] = 0 for all imem.
       - Use reference to tsTrigPatternData[imem] instead of tsTrigPatternData
