    mlTiClient.c
     - Add a rocID global Variable, set as the return argument when
       sending hostname to ts crate.  Use this when setting crate ID
    
    mlTsCrate.c
     - Add rocID, tdslot, tdport into tiHost structure
     - - rocID filled when hostname is stored
     - - tdslot and tdport filled when asked to search through
         configured TDs for the TI-Slave's rocID
     - Replace if/then craziness with a switch method to drive a menu
     - A few methods to show results of measurements and connected hosts
     - Replace older hostname string array with tiHosts structure array
