    Remove pgprot_noncached from mmap.
    
    For IO, we'll use volatile to preserve the non-cached registers that
    need to be synchronous.
    
    For DMA buffers, we'll just be sure to have enough event buffers s.t
    the memory will not be cached by the time the pool rolls back around.
