Hall D Firmware Version 1.4-test

Bryan Moffit (7):
      Show compact module status in sspGStatus.
      Supported Firmware v1.4
      Include SSP firmware v1.4beta
      sspLib.c
      Add routine that returns the SSP Slot mask.
      Initialize in "Disabled" mode with local clock enabled.  This cures some bus error problems.
      Current v1.4-test Hall-D firmware.
