    Bug fixes and making 64bit compatible.

     - Change address offsets and base to unsigned long's
     - Change to unsigned long's where memory address are being used/calculated
     - For partition mode, make sure the fiber1 source is enabled (along with specific partition)
     - New routine to check Trigger Block Data Format:
        int tiCheckTriggerBlock(volatile unsigned int *data)
