    BUGFIX: cmsghost and dlopen commandline options were not working properly.
    
    remex.c
     - Properly initialize getopt_long structure for cmsghost and dlopen elements.
     - Add a : after 'c', in opt_param to indicate it has an argument
     - Add in a verbose commandline option.
     - Move check for environment variable REMEX_CMSG_HOST before parsing the
       <command>
