    bugfix: tsInputs and inputPrescale registers were moved to new locations
    Add in feature to change the event type of the internal pulsers.
    
    tiLib.{c,h}
     - Move tsInputs and inputPrescale registers to their new locations
     - Add in new pulserEvType register and new routine to support it:
       int  tiDefinePulserEventType(int fixed_type, int random_type);
     - Reorganize variable declarations in tiStatus to use structure
       instead of individual variables.
