    Update tiSetTriggerHoldoff to warn if slower clock is being set.
    Also update the maximum value to 0x7f from 0x3f.
    
    Fix format of tiPrintTriggerHoldoff.

    Add routine to printout trigger rules and add it to tiStatus.
    
    Make tiStatus a bit more informative and prettier.
    Update Makefile to be a bit prettier.
    Update Fiber Measurement to measure twice to check consistency.
     If it fails... will fail the routine that called it.
