Better check of U90 switches.
Push Ctrl PROM data to SRAM, then check for nonzero values.
If it's all zeros, then the switches are not configured correctly.

Firmware Update: Check Write to SRAM before anything else.
Do this, to make sure the U90 DIP switches are in the correct position
for VME write to SRAM.
