[Dcouncil] Message from Hugh Montgomery: Diversity & Inclusion Culture Survey - Error

All,

I was reading the message from Mont and there seem to be little error. 
In the message, there is a phase like "is uniquely tied to your email 
address." and "The survey is anonymous as we want everyone to share 
their thoughts freely"

Maybe it's my English skill, but to me, these two phrase don't go 
together.  Am I wrong?
