[Dcouncil] Demographic Focus Group Meetings

A quick question about the Demographic Focus Group Meetings. Anyone can attend any of those meetings even though I am not in that focus group. Right? For example, for Age/Generation in intended for 33 -44 years old, but what if I am slightly older?
