[Dcouncil] Update on DEI Communications & Language

Good afternoon!

It was brought to my attention that there had been inconsistencies with using 'D&I' vs. 'DEI' in different communications and on our council and Diversity webpages. I have confirmed with Rhonda and moving forward we will be using 'DEI' only.

I will be working to update our webpage and ensure we are consistent with using DEI from now on.
