Good morning Dear Council Members,



I wanted to use the occasion of my first Council wide mail to wish you all a Happy International Women’s Day.

This year's International Women's Day theme is "Choose to Challenge," and I suggest we all heed this call to action. We can all choose to challenge our gender biases, challenge inequality where we see it, and challenge ourselves to be better colleagues, friends, advocates, coaches, and mentors for women.

Thank you all for the important work you do on the D&I Council that facilitates a more inclusive environment for all women in our community.
