Actually, someone from my group approached about this question and
I had exactly the same question. I guess we were having trouble
with "anonymous" and " tied to email address" part. I am not sure
if other people feels the same or not.<br>

<p>All,</p>
<p>I was reading the message from Mont and there seem to be
little error. In the message, there is a phase like "<span
style="color:windowtext">is uniquely tied to your email
address." and "</span><span style="color:windowtext">The
survey is anonymous as we want everyone to share their
thoughts freely"</span></p>
<p><span style="color:windowtext">Maybe it's my English skill,
but to me, these two phrase don't go together. Am I
wrong?<br>
