<span style="margin:0px;font-size:12pt">I wanted to use the occasion of my first Council wide mail to wish you all a Happy International Women’s Day.</span></p>

<span style="font-size: 12pt;">This year's International Women's Day theme is <b>

"Choose to Challenge,"</b> and I suggest we all heed this call to action. We can all choose to challenge our gender biases, challenge inequality where we see it, and challenge ourselves to be better colleagues, friends, advocates, coaches, and mentors for women.</span><br>
