<span>For you and the Council's awareness, the physical and mental requirements auto-populate for each job posting based on the actual job classification. These were established in coordination by Compensation and Divisions. However, they aren't universal.
So, during the approval process the Recruiter reviews and edits those specific to the position with input from the Hiring Supervisor. </span></div>
