[Deeppwg] DPWG chairman election

Dear colleagues,

As Kevin just mentionned in his mail, the elections for our next chairman
are now open. I remind you that we have two great candidates, Valery 
Kubarovsky and Keith Griffioen (nobody else answered my last call, sent 
about 10 days ago). Once again, many thanks to them for accepting to run 
and be willing to take this charge.

The elections will be open until Tuesday May 24th. Only full and term 
members may vote.
