[Deeppwg] DPWG chairman election

Dear colleagues,

Kevin has informed me that, out of 37 votes, Keith has received the 
majority. We had two very good candidates, many thanks to both of them
for having volunteered to run.
Keith will therefore take over as DPWG chairman within a very short 
period, the time to make a smooth transition.
I take advantage of one of my last emails as chairman of the DPWG
to thank all the members of the group for their help and support
during these past three years,
