[Deeppwg] Preliminary DPWG schedule for Friday

In order for people to attend both the Nuclear and Deep Processes working groups, we have arranged for
Nuclear talks in the morning and Deep Processes talks in the afternoon on Friday.  There is still plenty of room
for DPWG talks, so please let me know if you would like to give a report.
