[Deeppwg] DPWG at the next Collaboration Meeting

Dear DPWG enthusiastics,
we are going to reconvene at the CLAS Coll. meeting in
three weeks from now. It would be an important occasion
to promote synergies and favor progresses for the study
of the new 12 GeV data.

I would be glad to know your tentative plans soon,
in order to organize an effective schedule in
agreement with the other WG.

Let me encourage a (even short) status report of each of
your projects. A prompt exhcange would be excpecially
effective for the 12 GeV study, now entering the real
phase.

Let me encourage in particolar the following cases:

- 12 GeV data analysis and simulations which are 
relevant for deep-processes: the data-taking has been 
started and we should develop, and share knowledge on, 
the tools to validate the data-quality, reconstruct
and identify events and analyze the reactions of
interest for timely DPWG outcomes;

- 6 GeV analysis with significant progresses or better
understanding since the last report: better finalize
soon the advanced analyses as the new data will drive
more and more deeply our attention;

- run groups close to take data or with important
news: to present the status, issues or progresses
is a way to promote a collaborative effort within
the DPWG.
