[Deeppwg] Abstracts for DNP 2018

Dear all,
in preparation of the important DNP 2018 Meeting,
let me circulate some relevant dates we identified
in agreement with Hall-B and RGA management:

Abstract submission to the physics working groups for
approval: June 20

Conference deadline for abstract submission: July 1

Dry-runs: beginning of October, likely October 11-12.

DNP 2018: October 23-27.
