[Deeppwg] DPWG at the next Collaboration Meeting

Dear DPWG enthusiastics,
we are going to reconvene at the CLAS Coll. meeting in
four weeks from now. It would be an important occasion
to promote synergies and favor progresses for the study
of deep-process data.

I would be glad to know your tentative plans soon,
in order to organize an effective schedule in
agreement with the other WG and first-experiment
sessions.

Let me encourage a (even short) status report of each
of your projects. A prompt exhcange would be excpecially
effective for the 12 GeV study, now entering the real
phase.

Let me encourage in particolar the following cases:

- 6 GeV analysis with significant progresses or better
understanding since the last report;

- 12 GeV data analysis and simulations; the plan to
cook a significant fraction of the data during the
summer urges the development and validation of tools
for data-quality, particle identification, event
reconstruction and data analysis for timely DPWG
outcomes;

- future run groups, proposals or analysis plans:
most likely status reports of run-groups close to
data-taking will be in the plenary session.
