[Deeppwg] Election of DPWG alternate member at CSC

Dear all,
I like to thanks Aram and Stefan for their availability
to serve as CSC members. Their candiacies were excellent
and reflected in a very close voting result.

I am happy to announce that, as a result of the ballot
closed yesterday, Aram is the new DPWG Alternate member
on the CSC.

Let's welcome Aram in this new commitment and thanks
Bryan for having very efficiently managed the ballot.
