Dear Valery,
the formal procedure for the intermediate results you are speaking about
is not too restrict. Considering this would be the first time we are
making CLAS12 result public I would however be pretty careful.
- We did not explicitly discuss the release of these plots at the
meeting, with the only exception of pi0 mass spectrum.
- In principle these are only supporting plots, however they could
inherit detector related details we do not want to disseminate
without a better comprehension and a sub-detector expert approval
that goes beyond DPWG competence.
- Any released plot become a precedent and therefore should be taken
as a reference for subsequent presentations; I dislike the case
we produce several revisions of the same preliminary plot.
We better aim to a set of official plots we trust be under control.
E.g., I do not feel the discussion about HTCC Npe plot was conclusive
today.
All together, I strongly recommend any plot based on CLAS12 data
intended to be shown at the Conference is included in the releasing
note Harut and Stefan are preparing and submitted for RGA and CLAS
management approval, meanwhile circulated among DPWG for knowledge
and final inspection.
