[Deeppwg] Stefan's pion BSA abstract for DIS19

All,

I suggest to change the first sentence, from "The CLAS12 detector at 
Jefferson Laboratory (JLab) started data taking with a polarized 10.6 
GeV electron beam, interacting with an unpolarized liquid hydrogen 
target in February 2018."  to " The CLAS12 detector at Jefferson Lab 
became operational in February 2018. The first experimental program used 
a spin-polarized electron beam of 10.6 GeV interacting with a liquid 
hydrogen target."    One of the first quantities .......

Also, in addition to the DOE grant from UConn, one should also list the 
DOE contract number with
JSA/JLab.
