Dear DPWG members,

In addition to the talk's procedures that Marco nicely outlined in his message and according to the same D.1 Bylaws, please
remember to submit a request for your talk to the CLAS speakers committee (CSC). For more information on how to categorize your
talk and submit a request, please visit this CSC wiki-page link:

https://clasweb.jlab.org/csc/wiki/index.php/Main_Page#tab=Procedures_2FForms

Thank you for your cooperation!

Best,

Lamiaa
(The CSC secretary)

The abstract deadline is July 1st (pretty close).

The Collaboration aims for a selected list of CLAS12
topics able to deomstrate real progresses with respect
the broad review of very preliminary results of last year.

For example, multidimensional binning and systematic
uncertainty evaluation would be recommended. Plese
consider it is not clear we will be able to significantly
increase the available data statistics with respect
       DNP2018.

I encourage who is willing to submit an abstract to
DNP2019 to inform me asap and be redy to prepare the
abstract in the first half of next week.

Also, please keep in mind CLAS collaboration Bylaw D.1.5:
       • Non-refereed contributed talks
       • CLAS Collaboration members who wish to submit abstracts for
contributed talks to meetings of scientific organizations and
societies (such as, for example, the American Physical Society)
should submit a request to the appropriate PWG, providing the
intended talk title, abstract, and conclusions.
       • The PWG will approve or negotiate changes in the abstract
with the member, and decide if the member's request is to be
       granted.

       Thanks, Marco._______________________________________________
