Dear all,
you can find the approved RGH jeopardy document at the DPANA web page:

The document is due June 22, but we would like to submit it earlier if 
possible. If you are interested and want to contribute to RGH, you are 
invited to join the author list. In this case please send me your full
name and affiliation as you would like them to appear (LaTeX if possible),
as well as any other persons from your institution who has worked or whom 
you expect to work for RGH in the future.
