[Deeppwg] [EXTERNAL] Release addendum proposed by P. Moran

The header (charged pion invariant mass in ep->epK+K-) and the figure caption (ep->eppi+pi-) seem inconsistent. 
The figure shows obviously invariant mass of pi+pi-, but the header says otherwise. 
After making the corrections (deleting the header) I have no objections. 
(The header in itself seems contradictory. How can one get charged pion inv. mass from a K+K- final state? One can get 
it from neutral kaon decay of the phi ).
