[Deeppwg] [EXTERNAL] Kaon-pion machine learning abstract for DPG meeting

attached is the abstract about machine learning techniques
to improve kaon vs pion separation proposed by Aron Kripko
and collaborators for the German physics society (DPG)
summer meeting.

As the abstract does not plan to present physics results,
it does not require a formal approval by DPWG. Still it
